1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (after discounts and before taxes).

Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies.

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee based on the weight and destination of your order.

2. Delivery Timelines
Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Transit Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

3. Special Handling & Restrictions
Due to the nature of certain pet supplies, the following rules apply:

PO Boxes: We currently ship to physical addresses only via USPS/FedEx/UPS. We cannot deliver heavy bags or oversized items to PO Boxes.

4. Auto-Ship & Save
Join our Auto-Ship program to ensure you never run out of essentials.

Benefit: Receive 10% off every recurring order.

Shipping: Auto-ship orders follow our standard free shipping threshold of $99.

5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged (e.g., a torn food bag) or is missing an item, please contact our Pet Support Team at [Email/Phone] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage so we can expedite a replacement for you.
